Yes, with some constraints. The minimum of 50 units applies per model. So if you want two different shapes, the minimum is 50 units of each (100 total). We can discuss mixed orders in your quote — just mention it in the enquiry form.

Standard orders ship via DHL or UPS from Turkey and arrive in 5–10 business days across the EU. Sample kits typically arrive in 4–6 days. All shipments include full door-to-door tracking and are insured.

Yes. We ship to the UK, Switzerland, Norway, and the United States. Lead times and customs duties vary by destination. Please mention your country in the enquiry form and we will include shipping costs in your quote.

For EU shipments, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) where applicable — meaning customs formalities are handled by us and there are no surprise charges on arrival. For non-EU destinations, customs duties are the buyer's responsibility. We provide all required paperwork (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin on request).

You receive 5 different bottle shapes with matching caps in a branded cardboard box. Each bottle is empty and unfilled — the purpose is to evaluate the mold shape, glass quality, cap action, and dimensions before ordering at volume. No follow-up purchase is required.

The bottles themselves are provided at cost. A small shipping fee covers the DHL or UPS delivery to your address. The exact amount depends on your country and is confirmed in our reply to your sample request.

Yes. Screen printing is available from 200 units. Hot stamping (foil print) is available from 200 units. Frosted etching from 500 units. For embossed molds (your logo raised in the glass itself), the minimum is 1,000 units and setup fees apply. Send us your artwork file (AI, PDF, or EPS) when requesting a quote.

Yes, but it requires a custom mold production, which has an upfront tooling cost and minimum of 3,000–5,000 units. Lead time for custom mold development is 8–14 weeks. Contact us directly to discuss your brief.

Yes. We provide a full commercial invoice with all details required by EU accounting standards. If you are VAT-registered in the EU, provide your VAT number at enquiry stage and we will apply the appropriate treatment.

We accept bank transfer (IBAN/SEPA), credit card (via invoice link), and PayPal for orders under €2,000. For large orders, a 50% deposit on order confirmation with the balance due before dispatch is standard.
