Terms of service

Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with Fragrance Bottle Supply. By submitting an order or sample request, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders and acceptance

All orders are subject to confirmation by Fragrance Bottle Supply. A purchase order or request does not constitute a binding contract until we have issued a written order confirmation and proforma invoice. We reserve the right to decline any order without providing a reason.

2. Pricing

All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of VAT and shipping unless stated otherwise. Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote. We reserve the right to revise pricing for new orders after this period.

3. Payment terms

Standard payment terms are 100% upfront for orders under €1,000. For larger orders, a 50% deposit is required at order confirmation, with the balance due before dispatch. Accepted payment methods include SEPA bank transfer, credit card (via invoice link), and PayPal for orders under €2,000.

We reserve the right to hold or cancel orders where payment has not been received within 7 business days of the invoice date.

4. Product specifications

All bottle specifications (dimensions, weight, capacity) are indicative and subject to standard manufacturing tolerances of ±5%. We recommend ordering a sample kit before committing to a large run, particularly where precise dimensions are critical to your application.

5. Delivery and risk

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover of goods to the carrier. We provide full tracking for all shipments. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities, or events beyond our control.

6. Defects and claims

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect goods must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, supported by photographic evidence. We will replace confirmed defective goods at no charge. No claims are accepted after 7 days from delivery.

7. Returns

All sales are final. Returns are accepted only where goods are demonstrably defective or materially different from the confirmed order. Custom-printed and custom-embossed goods are non-returnable under any circumstances once production has commenced.

8. Intellectual property

By submitting artwork or logo files for custom printing, you confirm that you hold the rights to that artwork and indemnify Fragrance Bottle Supply against any third-party intellectual property claims arising from its use.

9. Limitation of liability

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind, including lost profits or lost business opportunity.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Orders placed before an update are governed by the terms in effect at the time of order confirmation.
