Shipping & returns

Everything you need to know about how your order travels from our facility in Turkey to your door in Europe.

Standard shipping

All orders ship from our warehouse in Turkey via DHL Express or UPS Worldwide. Transit time to EU destinations is typically 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch.

Every shipment is fully tracked from pickup to delivery. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order is dispatched.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at quote stage based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination country. We provide a full shipping estimate before you confirm any order — there are no surprise charges.

For sample kit requests, a small shipping contribution is charged to cover DHL delivery to your address. This is confirmed in our reply to your request.

Destinations

We ship to all EU member states, as well as the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and the United States. For destinations not listed, please contact us before placing an order.

Customs and duties

For shipments to EU addresses, we handle all necessary customs documentation. All commercial shipments include a full commercial invoice and packing list. EU business customers purchasing for business use should provide their VAT number for appropriate customs treatment.

For shipments to non-EU destinations (UK, Switzerland, Norway, USA), import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We will advise the estimated duty at quote stage.

Packaging and fragility

Glass bottles are individually wrapped and packed with foam inserts in double-wall corrugated boxes. Our packaging is tested to withstand standard courier handling. For orders of 200 units or more, palletised shipments with additional reinforcement are standard.

Damage in transit

In the rare event of damage during shipping, please photograph the damaged packaging and bottles within 48 hours of delivery and send the images to info@fragrancebottlesupply.com with your order reference. We will assess and replace damaged units at no additional cost where the damage is clearly attributable to transit.

Returns

Because our products are manufactured to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If you have received an incorrect item or an item that differs materially from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and your order reference. We will resolve any such issues promptly.

Sample kits are non-returnable.

Order delays

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, contact us at info@fragrancebottlesupply.com with your order number. We will chase the shipment with the carrier immediately and keep you updated. Force majeure events (strikes, extreme weather, customs backlogs) occasionally affect transit times despite our best efforts.
